James Hogan is a Catholic theology teacher with 40 years teaching experience, currently teaching at Saint Helen Church in Newbury. He is the author of many books, including: Crossways: Forming Ourselves in the Mind of Christ, Reel Parables, Reel Parables Revisited, Letters from Captain Catholic Trilogy, Holiday Trilogy from Captain Catholic, Time Travel: At the Speed of Christ’s Light, and Cross Training: An Introduction to Catholic Theology. Public Speaking includes the Ohio Right to Life Conference (Cleveland and Columbus), Catholic Men’s Conferences (Canton), the Womankind Gala, the First Friday Club of Greater Cleveland, Legatus Cleveland, and Bringing America Back to Life Conference 2018. James has dabbled in radio over the years at WMIH 1260 Catholic Radio (Morning Drive for First Things as host in the summer 1995 and guest in 1996; WHKW 1220 From the Median (Pro-Life Guest and Guest Host: 2014); and Sirius XM Channel 129 Busted Halo Show: Guest on movies, Oscars & theology 2011-1013 James had a local radio show, Time Travel: At the Speed of Christ’s Light, on the EWTN affiliate, AM1260 The Rock. In addition to writing and speaking, James collects Pez Dispensers and is a self-described expert regarding Batman. His greatest claim to fame is his beautiful wife Colleen and their five amazing children: Clare, Kate, Erin, Thomas and Meg.
