Mr. Garcia Jones is the executive director of the International Human Rights Group, a global legal advocacy organization committed to strategically defend and advance the inalienable rights of the human person–the right to life, the family, and religious and economic liberty. Mr. Garcia Jones has been active for the past ten years as a legal expert on human rights issues for various organizations and campaigns in the United States and internationally. Experienced in state and federal legislative analysis, Mr. Garcia Jones has drafted dozens of legislative proposals and advocated in defense of universal human rights before the federal and state governments of the United States. Mr. Garcia Jones has written and submitted legal briefs for cases before numerous courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of Colombia.

Gualberto Garcia Jones was born in Spain and emigrated to the United States. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a double major in history and political science. After clerking for a Colorado District Court Judge, Mr. Garcia Jones worked as a staffer to US Senator Allard both in Colorado and Washington DC. Mr. Garcia Jones received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
