Margie Christie is the Executive Director of Dayton Right to Life. Over her past 15 years with Dayton Right to Life, she has served on the Board of Directors, as the volunteer coordinator, and as Director of Advocacy and Programs.
In 2017 she joined the executive directors of Toledo, Cincinnati, and Cleveland Right to Life groups to form the Right to Life Action Coalition of Ohio (RTLACO), the state’s fastest-growing pro-life advocacy group. She has helped to draft several pieces of pro-life legislation and has provided testimony on many pieces of state legislation to protect the unborn and other vulnerable members of our community. She is also a member of the CAANE (Collaboration Against Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation), a multi-disciplinary team in Montgomery County, OH focused on elder abuse issues.
Margie is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Carroll High School. She and her husband Dan (also Flyer alum) are parents of 4 adult children.
Mary Gutman is a registered nurse with primary bedside and administrative experience in critical care (ICU, CCU). She became a Healthcare Risk Manager in 1989, retiring in 2011 as Director of Risk Management and Insurance from Premier Health. Mary is very involved in her parish family as a bereavement minister and catechist. Widowed in 2020, Mary is a mother of five and a grandmother of 14.
