Adam Josefczyk, co-founder and executive director of Forge Leadership Network, graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in History and Political Science. He received honors as the top student in each department and graduated Summa Cum Laude. After graduation, Adam married his college sweetheart, Jessica, and served with The Navigators in Christian ministry to college students in Dayton, Ohio.

Adam and Jessica reside in south Dayton and are members of Apex Community Church. Adam is an avid golfer and a die-hard fan of the Cincinnati Bengals, Dayton Flyers, and Ohio State Buckeyes.

Adam’s involvement in Ohio politics began in January 2012 when he co-managed a friend’s campaign. Shortly after, he joined Citizens for Community Values Action to lead grassroots efforts for the 2012 general election. As Dayton Area Field Director for CCV Action, Adam recruited volunteers, spoke at events, and managed phone banks in Greater Dayton and Cedarville that made a nation-leading 500,000 calls.

In May of 2013, while teaching Public Speaking and Current Social Problems at Dayton Christian High School, Adam co-founded OCR – OhioConservativeReview.com, a leading platform for conservative beliefs to be expressed, debated, and promoted across Ohio.

Soon after, Adam rejoined the public policy world full-time as Vice President of Operations for Citizens for Community Values.

In November 2014, Adam left CCV in order to co-found Forge Leadership Network, where he now serves as Executive Director.

The mission of Forge Leadership Network is to identify the best and brightest of the next generation and to train, mentor, and connect them to become future conservative leaders in the public square.
